Saur Vidyut Upbhokta Samiti : is formed to promote Roof Top Solar Power Generation by public participation and make Lucknow City one of the FIRST City of the India where 5,000 to 7,000Mwatts power is generated and fed to the grid through Net Meter and rsolve the problems of Upbhokta's problems contacting concern department.
The samiti is registered under Society Act-1956 and office bearers are: i).Prof Bharat Raj Singh, President, ii). Shri AK Singh, IAS (Retd),-Vice President, iii). Er. An Organisation "Saur Vidyut Upbhokta Samiti", was got registered on 25th Jan 2019 with Certificate no.LUC/08439/2018-2019 valid upto 24th Jan 2024 under Indian Society Act-1956. The aim of formation of this Samiti is to promote Installation and reslve the issue of billing, installation of netmetering etc.in the Lucknow City and around , also in the State.

All India Seminar on Energy Efficient Design of Buildings with Special Reference to Energy Conservation Buildings Code' (ECBC) was conducted on 13th-14th July 2019 at IE(India),UP State Centre in association with NEDA, Lucknow. Inaugural Session witnessed by Shri Shushil Kumar Patel, IAS, Director, NEDA as Chief Guest and Er. Rakesh Kumar Trivedi, Advisor, UPPCL as Guest of Honour. Prof Bharat Raj Singh, presented 2 (Two) papers as under:

The Institution of Engineers (India), Lucknow organised a lecture titled: "Energy Freedom by Harnessing Renewable Energy Resources in India up to 2030" on 18th -19th Aug 2019. The Cheif Guest and Key SpeakerM was Prof.(Dr.) Bharat Raj Singh, DG(Tech.), School of Management Sciences, Lucknow. The audience were retired Engieers, Academicians, Industrialsts and get very informative information. They also assured to to utilised Solar Energy in their hoyses. Chairman, Er. RK Trivedi welcomed the guests and audience, Er, VB Singh, Convener & Council Members of IEI conducted the proceeding and Er. PK Chaurasia , Hon. Secretary casted Vote of Thanks.
